LITE Media Group LLC (“LITE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, call or text us, email us, book a call through our scheduling link, or buy through our payment link, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to share. On the contact form, only your name, business name and email are required — the mobile number field is optional.
Information collected automatically. This website does not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy and the effective date above before doing so.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To contact you about your interest, including by email, phone, and — with your consent — text message;
- To operate and improve our services, and to measure advertising we run for clients;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS) and your consent
How we collect consent. We collect SMS consent in three ways, and in every one of them it is a separate, deliberate act. On our website: the contact form in section 06 of the home page carries a standalone checkbox, unchecked by default, reading “Text me at the number above.” It is never required — the form submits whether or not it is ticked, and the mobile number field itself is optional. Every disclosure below appears on that same screen, beside the checkbox. Directly: you tell us in a call, a text, or an email that it is all right to text you. By agreement: you sign a service agreement that includes it. We never buy, rent, or infer phone numbers, and we never share SMS consent with anyone.
When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages (such as appointment confirmations and reminders) from LITE Media Group at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email us at sam@litemediagroupllc.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our CRM, scheduling, text-messaging (e.g., Twilio), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), and hosting — and only as needed to provide our services. For clients whose advertising we manage, we also work with advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) on that client’s behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and carries no advertising pixel. If that changes — for example, if we add a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to measure advertising — we will update this section and the effective date above before it goes live. You can block cookies and third-party requests in your browser settings at any time.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP) at any time. To make a request, email sam@litemediagroupllc.com.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
